Port Coquitlam is bursting with colour this spring thanks to PoCo in Bloom. The City planted 78,000 tulip bulbs across key locations to honour the 80th anniversary of the Liberation of the Netherlands by the Canadian Army. From City Hall to Hyde Creek, these vibrant blooms are a living tribute to the soldiers who served. It's a beautiful reminder of history, community, and the power of nature.
